Each Goodtimer comes with a children’s book that allows families to customize their house rules for good behavior. When kids follow these rules, their Goodtimer glows and encourages them with a cheerful voice. As they continue to follow the rules, more glowing segments light up, providing a clear and engaging visual of their progress. Once all segments are glowing, children earn a token from the built-in dispenser, which can be exchanged for fun incentives chosen by the family. Kids typically earn 2 to 8 tokens per day, depending on the difficulty setting selected by parents.

If a rule is broken, flipping the Goodtimer upside down pauses 'Good Time' until the child improves their behavior. This 'Time-In' approach helps kids learn to make better choices, fostering a positive environment that brings the whole family closer together.
