Return and Refund Policy
We’re committed to helping your family achieve a more peaceful and connected home and we hope Goodtimer works for you. However, if for any reason, you’re not happy with your Goodtimer experience, please contact us at hello@gogoodtimer.com within 30 days of your ship date to initiate a return.
We will require the original receipt or proof of purchase to be eligible for a return. After we receive your item, our team will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 7 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
- Products purchased directly from this site in new and unopened condition will receive a refund of the purchase price minus a return shipping fee.
- Products purchased directly from this site in opened or used condition will receive a refund of the purchase price minus a restocking fee ($19.95 per Goodtimer and/or 35% of the purchase price for separate accessories) plus a return shipping fee.
Products must be returned in the original packaging to qualify for a refund and you assume the risk of loss or damage during return shipping.
Products purchased from a third-party reseller must be returned to that retailer according to the store’s policy. Please contact that seller for assistance with your return.
Warranty
Plus Up, LLC (Plus Up) stands by our products and we warrant that Goodtimer and other Plus Up products will be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for one (1) year from the date of original purchase. The Plus Up warranty applies only to the original purchaser who buys a new product directly from our company website gogoodtimer.com or an authorized reseller (i.e. Amazon.com).
Products purchased at an authorized reseller that fall within the retailer’s return window must be exchanged through the original retailer. Products purchased by unauthorized resellers are not covered by any warranty.
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Plus Up will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
Plus Up is not responsible and will not cover damage or defects caused by (a) misuse, accident, abuse; (b) failure to follow product instructions. Plus Up may limit the number of replacement products any individual can receive.
To initiate a warranty claim, email hello@gogoodtimer.com within one year of purchase. Plus Up may require you to provide proof of purchase before receiving warranty service. The consumer will be responsible for all shipping charges and assumes all risk of loss or damage while the product is in transit.
Once the defective product is received by Plus Up, the company will determine whether to repair the product or to replace it with a new or refurbished unit. Units that are determined to have been damaged in a manner that voids the warranty will not receive a replacement. Replacement units are not covered by any warranty.
