Shipping rates and delivery estimates

United States (except Alaska & Hawaii) - At this time we are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING to orders going to addresses in the lower 48 United States with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days. Expedited 2-day/2nd-day shipping is available to these states for an additional charge. Please note processing times as provided below.

Alaska and Hawaii - Due to the current high costs of shipping we are not able to offer free or expedited shipping to Alaska and Hawaii at this time. Shipping rates will be quoted during checkout. Goodtimer is also for sale through Amazon, which may have better shipping options available for these locations.

Canada - We are also pleased to ship to Canada.  Shipping charges for orders to Canada will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Goodtimer is also for sale through Amazon, which may have other shipping options available for these locations.

International - With the exception of Canada, we do not offer international shipping at this time through GoGoodtimer.com. However, Goodtimer is also for sale through Amazon, which does offer to ship to most locations around the world.

Order processing time

Orders take 2-3 business days to be processed prior to shipment. If we are experiencing an unusually high volume of orders, processing may take longer. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
